Trust Service Criterias (SOC2)

In relation to the SOC 2 Audit Report, the Trust Service Criteria refers to the different elements evaluated to assure data is protected in accordance to the established requirements against the following criterias:

1. Security: the system is protected against unauthoirsed access both physical and logical

2. Availability: the system is available for opoeration and use as comitted or agreed

3. Processing integrity: system processing is complete, valid, accurate, timely and authorised

4. Confidentiality: informaiton designated as onfidential is protected as committed or agreed

5. Privacy: Personal information is collected, used, retained, disclosed and disposed of in confirmity with the commitments in the entity´s privacy notice.
